To begin we shall recap. Short version.
Family died when their building collapsed on them.
Master Pick Pocket in Cairo.
Lost memory.
Escapade with Gambit ending in self realization and a higher level of confidence.
Self doubt involving Gambit and a certain Jubilation Lee.
Made the right choice, good job Windrider!
Fight with Jean Grey. If only the two could get along. Then again, maybe there is a Cyclops out there to balance her out finally.
So Ms. Monroe has peaceful, and luckily plutonic, relations with a cartain cajun.
This leaves her open to another confusion proliferation of fascinations.
So Inventions are in, huh?
Who needs a guy with a great staff when you think that you see a guy who can build you everything you need,
Like a wall to keep the bad out.
Then again, the Windrider was a pick pocket for a long time. She was raised to steal. So, won't karma screw her over?
Probably, then again, at least she can revel in the beauty of simply longing. Unless by some weird and amazing miracle she has the courage for confrontation. But I wouldn't count on it.
Is it so bad that Storm doesn't want someone to make her better, but someone who can make everything else better. For goodness sakes, she doesn't need a therapist, and that seemed to be what Gambit was attempting to do.
So, let's sit here and comptemplate what it means to watch from afar, decide, or just revel in wanting someone else.
